TRAINEE #1
Trainee #1 - August Höglund
During his trainee year, August worked hands-on with business development and M&A projects, taking on significant responsibility and autonomy under the guidance of senior management. This was complemented by his participation in senior management discussions and high-level business meetings, providing him with firsthand insights typically gained only after years of experience.
He reflects:
“The perspectives I’ve gained from engaging in high-level strategic discussions early in my career have given me a deeper understanding and maturity beyond my years. Additionally, working closely with both senior group management and subsidiary CEOs on hands-on projects has significantly accelerated my personal and professional development.”
Toward the end of his trainee period, August successfully led a geographical expansion project for the subsidiary Cargobike of Sweden, showcasing strong leadership and execution skills. His contributions and ability to drive business initiatives led to his appointment as COO of the company.
