WeSports’ Subsidiary Spobik Acquires Cykelgiganten
Malmö, January 13, 2025 – WeSports Scandinavia AB (“WeSports” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that WeSports’ subsidiary Spobik has completed the acquisition of the bicycle specialist Cykelgiganten, one of the largest bike stores in southern Sweden.
Following this acquisition, Cykelgiganten will continue to operate under Spobik’s brand Cykelkraft. Their store in Malmö will remain open and has been rebranded. In this location, an updated store concept has been introduced and expanded the offering with the Company’s diverse brand portfolio. This transformation integrates the Malmö store into Cykelkraft’s network of cycling destinations in Sweden.
Jesper Andersson, the founder of Cykelgiganten, will continue working as part of the Cykelkraft team.
