Malmö, April 15, 2025 – WeSports Scandinavia AB (“WeSports Group” or “the Company”) is expanding its presence in the Running & Outdoor category with the add-on acquisition and partnership with SM Sport Orientering AB (“SM Sport”). SM Sport is an add-on acquisition to Pölder Sport and reported revenues of approximately 11 MSEK with a positive EBITDA result, in 2024.

Skidsport Bromma and Udens Sport Join WeSports Group – Further Expanding in the Outdoor Market
Malmö, April 8, 2025 – WeSports Scandinavia AB (“WeSports Group” or “the Company”) is expanding in the Outdoor category via the acquisition and partnership with SkiCom Sweden AB (“SkiCom”), a Swedish specialist retailer in winter sports. In 2024, SkiCom reported revenues of 69 MSEK with a positive EBITDA result.

WESPORTS GROUP EXPANDS IN BIKES & MOBILITY WITH THE ACQUISITION OF BENY LOCAL
Malmö, April 3, 2025 – WeSports Scandinavia AB (“WeSports Group” or “the Company”) is further strengthening its position in the Bikes & Mobility category through the acquisition of Beny Cyklar AB and Beny Resa AB (“Beny”). In 2024, Beny reported revenues of 80 MSEK with a positive EBITDA result.

TED SPORRE APPOINTED AS NEW CEO OF WESPORTS GROUP
Malmö, March 27, 2025 – The Board of Directors of WeSports Scandinavia AB (“WeSports Group” or the “Company”) has appointed Ted Sporre as the new CEO. Ted succeeds Martin Appelfeldt, who will continue to work within the Company as Senior Advisor, as well as developing the group’s IT infrastructure. Ted will take up his position as CEO at the end of Q2, 2025.

WeSports’ Subsidiary Spobik Acquires Cykelgiganten
Malmö, January 13, 2025 – WeSports Scandinavia AB (“WeSports” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that WeSports’ subsidiary Spobik has completed the acquisition of the bicycle specialist Cykelgiganten, one of the largest bike stores in southern Sweden.

NORDIC FLOORBALL BECOMES PART OF WESPORTS

Nordic Floorball is a specialist retailer in floorball equipment, with a well-established physical store and e-commerce platform. The acquisition is an add-on acquisition to WeSports' floorball specialist Klubbhuset, and the company will be integrated under this brand.

WeSports acquires leading bike brand Cargobike for further expansion in Europe
Malmö, June 28, 2024 - WeSports (or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the approval of the strategic partnership with Cargobike of Sweden, where the Company acquires a holding stake in Cargobike.
Cargobike is the market-leading cargo bike and functional mobility specialist in the Nordics. In 2023, Cargobike had a turnover of 116 MSEK and delivered 5,000 cargo bikes. The strategic partnership will considerably strengthen WeSports’ own brand offering in its Bike and Mobility business.
